Prices
Prices are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to amend our prices either up or down including any alterations to the rate of VAT.

Accuracy
Whilst every effort has been made to present our products accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Availabilty
If a product is not available then it will be shown as “out of stock” and you will not be able to order this item. In the unlikely case that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order then we will refund you accordingly. If the unavailable item was part of an order then we will complete the rest of the order.

Returns
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (but it must be with the original packaging and securely contained in an appropriate parcel) and we'll refund or replace it. You have up to 30 days to return unwanted goods.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise therefore that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival but this can take up to 21 days.
